Browns sign free agent center Evan Brown to compete for a reserve role on the offensive line

The Cleveland Browns have added another interior offensive lineman to the offseason mix. On Thursday morning the team announced it has signed free agent Evan Brown to a contract.

Brown comes to the Browns after finishing the 2019 campaign with the Miami Dolphins. He played sparingly in four games. He spent most of his first two NFL seasons with the New York Giants after making the roster as an undrafted rookie out of SMU following the 2018 NFL Draft.

Terms are not yet available for the contract.

Brown projects as a potential reserve behind JC Tretter at center and Joel Bitonio at left guard.
