Browns inactive player list for Week 7

Austin Hooper and Wyatt Teller are starters ruled out with injuries

The Cleveland Browns revealed the inactive player list for the Week 7 matchup in Cincinnati with the AFC North rival Bengals.

Three players were ruled out via injury. Right guard Wyatt Teller, tight end Austin Hooper and linebacker Jacob Phillips. Teller is missing his second straight game with a calf strain. Hooper had an emergency appendectomy on Friday that will sideline him for at least this week. Phillips continues to battle a knee injury.

Joining those inactive are WR Taywan Taylor and DE Joe Jackson, who recovered a fumble in the first meeting.

Chris Hubbard will start at RG for Teller once again. Ronnie Harrison also will start ahead of Karl Joseph at safety. Joseph was questionable for the game but will play.
