Browns inactive player list for Week 6 includes 4 injured players

Sheldrick Redwine gets the start at safety

Head coach Kevin Stefanski didn’t have to work too hard to fill out the inactive player list for the Browns in Week 6. With four players ruled out on Friday due to injuries, Stefanski’s choices on who to keep inactive were quite limited.

Already ruled out due to injury:

  • Starting right guard Wyatt Teller (calf)
  • Starting safety Karl Joseph (hamstring)
  • Joseph’s replacement at safety, Ronnie Harrison (concussion)
  • LB Jacob Phillips (knee)

Adding to those inactive, the Browns will not dress two defensive linemen, Vincent Taylor and Joe Jackson.

Sheldrick Redwine will start for the injured safeties, while Chris Hubbard takes over for Teller at right guard.
