On Friday night, the Dallas Cowboys selected Trevon Diggs at No. 51 overall.

He also was the 6th Alabama player taken off the board.

Diggs finished the 2019 season with 37 tackles, 2 fumble recoveries, 3 interceptions and 1 touchdown.

In his career, he had 68 tackles, 2 fumble recoveries, 4 interceptions, and 1 touchdown.

Diggs will be bringing speed, agility, and impressive field vision to the Dallas.

He was so much fun to watch at Alabama, and there’s no doubt that he will be a star in the NFL.

Diggs continued to improve each and every season, and over the course of his career, made a name for himself at Alabama. He has continued to prove himself, and is on a mission to show he’s one of the best cornerbacks in the 2020 draft class.

Diggs is the 10th cornerback in Alabama football history to be drafted to the NFL. The first ever drafted cornerback for the Crimson Tide was Antonio Langham, back in 1994.

He is also the first Alabama cornerback to be drafted in a NFL Draft since Marlon Humphrey in 2017.

One thing is for certain: the Cowboys added a number of Alabama fans on Friday night when they drafted Diggs.
