Virginia wide receiver prospect L.J. Booker has Rutgers football in his top three, with a summertime decision likely coming.
Booker’s top three, released on Thursday, includes Duke, Rutgers and Virginia Tech.
Over the past month, Booker has visited Duke, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest. He is a three-star recruit, ranked by Rivals as the No. 12 player in Virginia and the No. 90 wide receiver in the nation in the class of 2024.
The 6-foot-2 athlete lines up as a wide receiver and a defensive back for Collegiate School (Richmond, VA)
He holds other offers that include Boston College, UConn, Liberty, Old Dominion, Penn State and Virginia among others.

The Rutgers football 2024 recruiting class currently stands at four commits. The latest verbal came over the weekend from Wisconsin linebacker Sam Pilof.
A three-star linebacker, Pilof is ranked a top-five player in his state.
