Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for October.
Bass, a second-year pro, made every kick he attempted last month. Overall, Bass was 10-for-10 and split the uprights on 13 extra points:
In total, that equals 43 points on the scoreboard. That was the third-most points scored by anybody in the entire NFL in October:

So far in 2021, the Bills kicker has only missed one attempt (16-for-17). Bass has not missed an extra point this season.
The top highlight for Bass came in Week 8. Against the Miami Dolphins, Bass converted on a 57-yard attempt that probably would’ve been good from over 60 yards.
Bass is the first Bills player to win AFC special teams player of the month since Brian Moorman in November 2006.
The 24-year-old was a sixth-round pick of the Bills in 2020.
