Tom Herman has this team consistently playing at a high level and returns a play-making quarterback in Sam Ehlinger, three starters on a solid offensive line and two extremely active linebackers. If the Longhorns can win one against their three toughest opponents in LSU, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State, then they should hit the over. Prediction- Over 9.5
