ESPN GameDay on the UT Campus was awesome. There were a lot of laughs, some good nuggets of information and signs. Lots and lots of signs.
Of course, GameDay is in Austin to preview tonight’s Texas vs. Georgia game. Signs are part of the culture surrounding ESPN’s College GameDay
From clever to controversial, there were hundreds of signs on the South Mall.
Legal problems for some Georgia players was the theme of the day. Especially, comparing them with former Longhorn and guest picker Scottie Scheffler.
Uga’s absence from today’s festivities and Bevo’s attack on Uga five years ago were also a running theme throughout the day.
And of course brisket is always a topic of conversation. Food comparisons. Texans are definitely proud of their food.
Check out a collection of some of the best signs we saw on Twitter and Instagram.
