Best photos of former Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud’s playoff win over Cleveland

A look at C.J. Stroud winning a playoff game in his rookie season. #GoBucks

If you are anything like me, Saturday was a little bit of conflicting from a rooting interest. Being raised in Ohio, I am a Cleveland Browns fan. Being raised in Ohio and writing for an OSU website, I also have rooting interests with former Buckeye players as well.

Those two things collided over the weekend when former Ohio State and current Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud did battle against the Browns in Texas in a first-round NFL wild card playoff game. Stroud impressed — the Browns no so much — in a 45-14 Texans victory. The rookie sensation completed 16-of-21 for 274 yards and three touchdowns.

It wasn’t what Browns’ fans wanted, but at least there was a silver lining of seeing Stroud become the youngest quarterback to win an NFL playoff game.

We thought we’d pull out some of the best high-resolution photos of Stroud’s exploits from the weekend and share them with you. Happy scrolling …
