Bengals issue first injury report ahead of Super Bowl LVI

The first Bengals injury report for Super Bowl LVI has arrived.

The first Super Bowl LVI injury report for the Cincinnati Bengals is in — and things look pretty good.

Most of the classifications on the Wednesday injury report fall into the “expected” category:

  • TE C.J. Uzomah (DNP)
  • G Jackson Carman (LP)

Uzomah took it slow on the rehab last week and over the weekend before dramatically throwing off his knee brace during the team’s Super Bowl pep rally. He also said he won’t miss the biggest game of his life, so things seem to be on the right track.

Trey Hendrickson was another one to keep an eye on given his nagging issues in recent weeks. Zac Taylor said rookie guard Jackson Carman feels better than he did last week, though who starts on the right side remains a question.

The Bengals arrived at LAX yesterday to start a normal week of prep, beginning with today’s practice and report.
