Bedlam basketball set for Saturday postponed due to COVID-19 issues at Oklahoma State

Saturday night’s Bedlam basketball game has been postponed due to a positive COVID-19 test at Oklahoma State.

The highly-anticipated first edition of Bedlam basketball in 2021 will have to wait a little bit longer.

Oklahoma’s game with Oklahoma State that was set for Saturday night in Stillwater has been postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Cowboys’ program.

The Sooners previously had issues of their own earlier in the season that forced them to miss their first few games of the year, now they are on the other side of the coin. While the team surely wants to play and nobody wants anyone to have to deal with the virus, the game postponement does provide a small break to Oklahoma who was likely going to play this game once again without starter Brady Manek.

The Sooners now turn their attention to a home matchup with Kansas State next Tuesday night – potentially with Manek back in the starting lineup.
