Whatever it is, we now know from the quarterback/hologram who led his new team to a wild comeback against the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday that he booked a flight to L.A. before the team claimed him off waivers.
That’s what he said to the Thursday Night Football crew postgame: “I took a gamble. I booked the flight before the waiver wire went through.”
He said it with a smirk, so who knows?
