Tennessee Vols’ football recruiting news.

Josh Heupel and Tennessee’s coaching staff continues to recruit future Vols.

The Vols offered a scholarship to 2023 offensive line prospect Ayden Bussell.

“After a great call with Coach Willie Martinez, I am extremely blessed and excited to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” Bussell said on Twitter.

The 6-foot-5, 285-pound Bussell is from Mount Juliet High School in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

Martinez is designated for recruiting the East/Middle region of Tennessee’s in-state takeover.

Bussell has offers from Tennessee, Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Eastern Kentucky.

The Vols do not have a commitment for its 2023 recruiting class.

Tennessee hired Heupel as its head coach on Jan. 27. The Vols kick off the 2021 season on Sept. 4 against Bowling Green at Neyland Stadium.
