Auburn basketball is going dancing for the fourth time under head coach Bruce Pearl, and the 12th time in the program’s overall history.
After beginning the season 8-0, the Tigers ended with a 20-12 regular season record. However, despite the disappointing season, Auburn earned their way to the NCAA Tournament by knocking off then No. 14 Tennessee in the regular season finale, grabbing their 20th win of the year. Auburn claims the No. 9 seed of the Midwest Region and will open the tournament by playing No. 8 Iowa in Birmingham on Thursday at 5:45 p.m. CT.
