Kentucky football makes final four for defensive line transfer Jay’Viar Suggs

Kentucky football is in the final four schools for transfer Jay’viar Suggs.

The Kentucky Wildcats football team has made the final list of four for Grand Valley State transfer, defensive tackle Jay’viar Suggs and would love to make him another recent transfer addition. The Cats made the list along with the Wisconsin Badgers, the LSU Tigers, and the Michigan Wolverines. He had a number of offers from other teams prior to narrowing his list down to four.

Suggs posted his list on X, formerly known as Twitter. He had this to say:

My recruitment is officially closed thank you to everyone who reached out. Locked in on these 4 schools. Please respect my decision.

The 6’3″, 295 pounder made a big impact at Division II GVSU in 2023. He racked up 21 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and 5 sacks to go along with 4 pass breakups and a forced fumble.

He has two years of eligibility remaining and is currently ranked by On3 as a three-star transfer. He has already visited Kentucky, which may or may not give them an edge in is recruitment.
