When the selection committee announced TCU would be in the Fayetteville Regional, it presented an opportunity for the Diamond Hogs to avenge the loss they suffered against the Horned Frogs in their second game of the season.
Then Sunday happened.
TCU dominated the Diamond Hogs 20-5 Sunday afternoon, sending them to the elimination game against Santa Clara. The Hogs knocked off Santa Clara for the second time this weekend, but now they must beat the Horned Frogs twice to advance to a Super REgional.
TCU has outscored Arkansas 38-11 with 40 hits in two games. The Hogs will have to figure out how to slow the bats down, especially Tre Richardson, who I think just hit another home run.
