Antonio Brown: ‘I think I owe the whole NFL an apology’

Antonio Brown says sorry to the NFL.

Antonio Brown finally said sorry to the Buffalo Bills, sort of.

The star wide receiver had more than his far share of mess ups this past year. Part of that included the Bills very early on in the long, long list.

In a late-night report, the Bills executed a trade for the wideout last offseason. Then, it evaporated. That led to the wideout trolling and making fun the Bills, if you will. He eventually went to the Raiders and posted this:

Brown would take shots here and there at the Bills and his eventual his other former teams. Those included the Raiders and then Patriots last season. Of course, he’s connected with the Steelers, too. Brown’s issues also include off-field problems, as Brown was arrested and charged with felony burglary with battery, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and criminal mischief. Separate domestic disturbances of followed Brown as well.

Back to present time, Brown said sorry in an interview with ESPN’s Josina Anderson on Friday.

“I think I owe the whole NFL an apology and my past behavior,” Brown said. “I think I could have done a lot of things better.”

In the interview, Brown also expresses an interest to continue playing eventually.

“We’re here to follow the procedure, whatever protocol to get back on track and play,” Brown said in regard to a meeting with the league offices in November.

Of course, there’s little to no chance that NFL return would be with the Bills.
