Aaron Scott is one of the key five star recruits that Ohio State was able to snag in the 2024 recruiting class and the cornerback is now an “official” member of the team. The Ohio native is the tenth freshman to earn the right to remove his black stripe on Tuesday just in time for the kickoff this Saturday against Akron.
The consensus top ten cornerback in the class of 2024 has to battle uphill to earn playing time in this stacked Buckeye lineup, but Scott has enough talent to defy the odds. Other freshman to have the honor of removing their black stripe already include Jeremiah Smith, Julian Sayin, Jaylen McClain, Eddrick Houston, James Peoples, Payton Pierce, Ian Moore, and Mylan Graham.
