New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara was arrested in Las Vegas on Sunday evening and charged with battery that police say caused “substantial bodily harm” to the victim, stemming from an incident at a local nightclub on Saturday. He’s currently scheduled to appear before a judge at 1:30 p.m. PT on Monday. His bond was set at $5,000.

This comes just hours after Kamara participated in the 2022 Pro Bowl event at Allegiant Stadium. It was Kamara’s fourth trip to the Pro Bowl in as many seasons he’s played in the NFL, so this is obviously a high-profile situation. Stay tuned for updates.
