Agiye Hall has been in Tuscaloosa for just a little over a calendar year and has been a headline stealer for most of that time. His play in last year’s A-Day game generated a lot of buzz heading into the 2021 season, but his play was limited and very underwhelming.
With the turnover at receiver heading this year’s spring practice, Hall was expected to play a much bigger role. Well, you can pretty much nip that in the bud.
On Tuesday afternoon, Hall was removed from Alabama’s official online roster and on Wednesday afternoon, head coach Nick Saban officially announced that Hall was suspended due to a violation of team rules.
Hall’s future status with the team is uncertain at the time, but Roll Tide Wire will continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update as soon as one becomes available.
That is going to wrap up this edition of Alabama Morning Drive. I hope everyone has a safe and happy Thursday and we’ll see you guys next time!
