Wide receiver Rico Scott of the 2024 class released his top six schools on Thursday. The programs that were included were Alabama, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Georgia, and Colorado.

Scott has taken the most visits to Penn State. He has taken seven unofficial visits to Happy Valley. According to On3’s RPM, the Nittany Lions are favored to land Scott’s commitment at 59.4% likelihood.

Scott has flashed his skillset at the high school level for Bishop McDevitt High School. As a junior, he hauled in 66 receptions for 1,184 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns.

Alabama could lose multiple wide receivers to the NFL Draft next offseason. Ja’Corey Brooks and Jermaine Burton are just two of the players that will declare for the NFL Draft in all likelihood. Scott’s presence and playmaking abilities would likely bode well in Tommy Rees’ offense.
