The Alabama Crimson Tide will take the field for the 2023 college football season in 54 days, as Middle Tennessee State visits Bryant Denny Stadium on Sept. 2.

Today, with just 54 days remaining, we will take a look at a former defensive lineman who dominated the trenches for the Tide, [autotag]Dalvin Tomlinson[/autotag].
Tomlinson played in Tuscaloosa from 2013-16 and appeared in a total of 38 games. For his career, Tomlinson finished with 122 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, and four sacks.
Tomlinson made a name for himself deflecting opposing quarterback’s passes at the line of scrimmage. Tomlinson totaled nine pass deflections in his Alabama career.
Tomlinson signed a four-year deal with the Cleveland Browns this offseason.
Freshman offensive lineman Miles McVay currently wears No. 54 for the Crimson Tide.
