On Saturday, the Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Kansas State Wildcats in Big 12/SEC Challenge, 77-74. Not only was this the fourth straight win for Alabama, but it showed that the Crimson Tide are a team to watch out for.

The Crimson Tide attempted a total of 43 shots and made 21 of them for a field goal percentage of 48.8 percent.

Offensively, the starting five were all consistent in their scoring. The highest scorer was Kira Lewis Junior who finished the game with 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Shackelford, Petty, and Reese all put up 11 points, while Jones contributed another 10.

Alabama continues to dominate, and is on a 4 game winning streak, after an impressive win over Auburn earlier in January.

Alabama advances to 12-7 (4-2 in the SEC), and Kansas State drops to 8-11(1-5 in the BIG 12).

Alabama travels to Baton Rouge on Wednesday to take on the LSU Tigers in what will be a very fascinating SEC showdown.
