Aaron Judge called out the Blue Jays’ broadcast after the announcers implied he was cheating

Judge did NOT like what he heard.

The New York Yankees aren’t particularly pleased with the Toronto Blue Jays after they raised concerns about possible sign stealing following Monday night’s game at Rogers Centre.

Aaron Judge himself isn’t happy either.

The entire controversy surrounded Judge’s at-bat in the eighth inning where he was seen side-eyeing towards the dugout on multiple occasions. The Sportsnet broadcast booth of Dan Shulman and Buck Martinez both took notice to the side eye and raised questions about what Judge was doing. As they were discussing the side-eyeing Judge, the Yankees slugger crushed a Jay Jackson slider for a 462-foot home run.

Come Tuesday, Judge had obviously seen the clip from the Blue Jays’ broadcast, and he took issue with how quickly Shulman and Martinez were to imply something was fishy about Judge’s look towards the dugout.

Judge told reporters that he had “choice words” for the broadcast, but he declined to share exactly what those words were. Still, it’s a big deal for Judge when he shows (or admits to having) human emotions. So, he really must have been upset with the Sportsnet team.
