WATCH: Tempers flare after Ohio State loses to Michigan in postgame brawl

Not a good look for either team.

The Ohio State football team lost to Michigan once again — its fourth-straight in the rivalry. There were plenty of mistakes and missteps that contributed to the ugly, 13-10 result, but none of it was as ugly as what unfolded after the contest.

Once the clock struck 0:00, Michigan players began to wave goodbye to the crowd and then attempted to plant the “Block M” flag at midfield on the “Block O” of Ohio Stadium. That clearly led to some hurt feelings and defensive aggressions from OSU players that ran to stop the scene from unfolding.

Watch as Ohio State and Michigan engage in a significant squirmish after the game that seemed to result in some injuries, pepper spray (reportedly), and more at midfield on the banks of the Olentangy thanks to video from Nicole Shearin of WBNS 10TV in Columbus.

This is an ugly, ugly scene for college football and we clearly don’t condone this behavior. Both teams will blame the other, but it’s clear that both could have showed more class both in winning and losing.
