The Ohio State Buckeyes have their top 2025 quarterback recruit locked up. What about 2026 though?
Tavien St. Clair will be coming to Columbus next season and is a five-star quarterback, the second-best player in the country and the top player from Ohio.
However, when looking further into the future, the Buckeyes don’t have a strong quarterback option locked in for the 2026 recruiting class.
That could change soon as Jared Curtis, On3’s top quarterback for the class, will visit Ohio State on November 23 per Steve Wiltfong. Chris Henry Jr. is the only commit for Ohio State as this moment.

Curtis has offers from Alabama, Cincinnati, Auburn, Arkansas and numerous other programs. Per 247Sports composite scoring, he is the top quarterback in the class, the No. 1 player from the state of Tennessee and the No. 4 player nationally.
Curtis attends at Nashville Christian School now. The 247Sports prediction is that Georgia is going to be the landing spot. Let’s hope November 23 can change that!
