All eyes are going to be on Eugene, Oregon this weekend as the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes come to town to take on the No. 3 Ducks.
ESPN’s College GameDay will be on the scene as well, setting up shop on the Oregon campus and hosting their weekly marquee show on Saturday morning. As one of the best parts of that show, ESPN announced that Emmy nominated actress and Oregon alum Kaitlin Olson will be on the show as a guest-picker at the end of the program.
After the initial announcement that GameDay was coming came out on Saturday night, fans quickly debated online who should be the guest picker for the Ducks. It usually is someone with a close tie to the home team and has a big enough fanbase that will draw passion from the crowd.

Olson makes perfect sense as the guest picker since she has a new show, ‘High Potential’ out on ABC that the network will want to promote. She also famously starred in ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ on FX.
This will be the 31st time that Oregon has ever been featured on College GameDay, and the 12th time that the show has been hosted in Eugene. The Ducks are 18-12 when featured on GameDay, and 8-3 when in Eugene.
