After three years as the starting quarterback at Arizona State, Daniels transferred to LSU ahead of the 2022 college football season. At Arizona State, Daniels didn’t have a great supporting cast, but that changed at LSU.
In his first season for the Tigers, Daniels looked like a completely different player. In 2023, he took another step forward, passing for over 3,800 yards with 40 touchdowns and just four interceptions while rushing for over 1,100 yards and 10 more touchdowns. Daniels was phenomenal,
