A Nebraska-Omaha transfer took an unofficial visit to Nebraska on Thursday. Frankie Fidler declared for the NBA draft on March 20 but is maintaining his college eligibility through the portal.
The Bellevue, Nebraska native played for the Mavericks for three seasons, appearing in 93 games. This season, Fiddler started in 33 games and averaged 20.1 points per game, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.
Nebraska is not the only school interested in the prospect’s services; earlier in the week, Fidler visited Creighton. Husker guard Sam Hoiberg documented Fidler’s visit to Nebraska on social media.
