The Golden State Warriors fell, 113-121, to the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday.
Before the game, Steve Kerr made some notable changes to his starting lineup. Brandin Podziemski replaced Andrew Wiggins, and Jonathan Kuminga filled in for the suspended Draymond Green.
While the new-look rotation performed well, it was unable to secure a win against a surging Clippers team. As such, the Warriors recorded their 14th loss. Nevertheless, there were some encouraging signs. Klay Thompson produced a season high in scoring. And the overall rotation appeared energized by the lineup changes.
The Warriors will be back in action on Saturday when they face the Brooklyn Nets. Kerr already noted he will stick with the new-look rotation for the next few games before deciding whether to make the change permanent.
