Refs completely missed a Bills blatant holding call on the final play vs. Giants

This was absolutely holding on Taron Johnson while guarding Darren Waller.

It’s the questionable call everyone buzzed about on Sunday night as the New York Giants failed a second time at the one-yard line in their 14-9 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Darren Waller went into the end zone, covered by Taron Johnson, and as is usually the case for the giant Giant, he had the height advantage. But a Tyrod Taylor pass bounced off his hand and the game was over, with the Giants losing once again.

But there’s plenty of video showing how Johnson held Waller, and NBC covered how it absolutely “hindered” Waller from getting his left arm up to attempt to catch the pass. It should have been a flag:

The question then would have been if the Giants would have been able to score with that extra, untimed final play. But they never got the chance.
