Pete Carroll on Jamal Adams’ short but strong game vs. Giants

Pete Carroll on Jamal Adams’ short but strong game vs. Giants

The long-awaited return of Seattle Seahawks star safety Jamal Adams, ironically, did not last very long. Adams suffered a concussion on the Giants’ opening drive during Monday Night Football, and was done for the remainder of the game.

But during limited action, Adams did remind folks why the Seahawks value his presense on their defense. Adams’ impact was immediately felt, both metaphorically and literally, as he did manage to deliver a big hit.

Head coach Pete Carroll did discuss Adams’ play from the Giants game.

Fortunately, the biggest takeaway is Adams will be ready to go against the Cincinnati Bengals. Seattle will need him, as the Bengals look like they’ve finally found their way back this year.
