McAnally-Hilgemann Racing announced on Wednesday afternoon that Daniel Dye will join the organization on a full-time basis starting in 2024.

[autotag]McAnally-Hilgemann Racing[/autotag] teased an announcement was coming early on Wednesday and it lived up to the hype. The organization announced that [autotag]Daniel Dye[/autotag] will drive the No. 43 truck on a full-time basis starting in 2024 at Daytona International Speedway. Dye, 19, will join the team after GMS Racing announced it would cease operations at the end of the year.

The 19-year-old driver missed the 2023 playoffs and has yet to record a top-10 finish this year. Dye’s best finish was 11th place at World Wide Technlogy Raceway during the summer months. He hopes to have a breakout season with McAnally-Hilgemann Racing as the organization has improved its performance compared to last season with Christian Eckes and Jake Garcia.

Dye will bring the No. 43 from GMS Racing to McAnally-Hilgemann Racing as it has been his number since competing in the ARCA Menards Series. Now, only two GMS Racing drivers, Grant Enfinger and Rajah Caruth, in the Truck Series need a ride before the 2024 NASCAR season Daytona.
