Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr. clocked with fastest sprint speed in Week 2

Harrison Jr. was flying #GoBucks

One of my favorite new X, the website formerly known as Twitter, accounts is [autotag]Reel Analytics[/autotag] and they singled out [autotag]Ohio State football[/autotag] star wide receiver, [autotag]Marvin Harrison Jr.[/autotag]

The presumed top-five NFL draft prospect had a monster game, catching 7 passes for 160 yards and two scores. One of those catches was a career long 71-yard strike where Harrison Jr. beat his defender and raced into the end zone.

That open field run was named as the fastest run speed in all of college football during Week 2 by Reel Analytics, clocking the Buckeye at a very impressive 22.2 miles-per-hour. For a player not known for his speed, this was very impressive by Harrison Jr.

Hopefully that was the first of many long scoring jaunts by Ohio State’s star receiver this season.
