The Longhorns being in the mix for top-rated wide receivers has become quite the commonality under head coach Steve Sarkisian.
Thanks to Sarkisian’s offensive knowledge and the promising quarterback room, being a pass catcher at Texas has only gotten more attractive. On Friday it was reported by 247Sports that 2025 five-star wide receiver Andrew Marsh is extremely intrigued by the Longhorns.
The Fulshear (TX) native revealed that taking a trip to Austin for a game is something that he definitely wants to do.
“I’ll get up there for a game this season, I’m trying to get back up there as soon as possible,” Marsh said. “I like it at UT so I’m always trying to get back up there.”
The 6-foot-1 pass catcher has plans to see a handful of programs in the coming weeks, as he will be making stops at LSU, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, SMU, TCU, and Texas Tech.
He currently ranks as the No. 23 player in the country and holds 30 offers from programs all over the country. The Longhorns currently hold one commitment in the class of 2025 in four-star quarterback KJ Lacey.
