The LSU Tigers traveled to Columbia, South Carolina for a weekend series with the No. 6 South Carolina Gamecocks.
The initial plan was for one game on Friday, one on Saturday and one on Sunday morning, but mother nature has other plans.
Due to the threat of severe weather on Sunday and late Saturday, LSU and South Carolina have agreed to play a doubleheader Friday starting at 11 a.m. CT.
[autotag]Ty Floyd[/autotag] and [autotag]Christian Little[/autotag] are slated to start Games 2 and 3. [autotag]Thatcher Hurd[/autotag] has been starting in Game 3, but that will change as he struggles with pitch locations.
There will be one hour between each game and both games will be on SEC Network+.
Due to the forecast of severe weather, LSU and South Carolina will play Games 2 and 3 of their SEC series on Friday beginning at 11 a.m. CT.
