No. 4 seed Tennessee (23-11, 13-3 SEC) will host No. 13 seed Saint Louis (17-17, 10-6 Atlantic 10) Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena in the first round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament.
The winner of the Tennessee-Saint Louis matchup will advance to play the winner between No. 5 seed Iowa State and No. 12 seed Toledo in the second round of the women’s tournament.
Tennessee is the only program to appear in every NCAA Tournament. The 2023 NCAA Tournament is the 41st consecutive postseason appearance for the Lady Vols.
