PHILADELPHIA–The Philadelphia 76ers had one more game at home on Sunday before heading out on the road for seven of their next eight games and they had to take advantage of the struggling Washington Wizards. The Wizards entered Sunday losers of four of their last five contests so this marked a good opportunity for Philadelphia.

Joel Embiid had himself another monster night and led the Sixers with 34 points on 12-for-21 shooting and eight rebounds with four assists to ensure Philadelphia walked away with another win.
