Lady Vols’ incoming freshman Justine Pissott recorded two points and three rebounds for Team USA in its 106-31 victory over El Salvador in the 2022 FIBA U18 Women’s Americas Championship Wednesday at Estadio Obras in Buenos Aries, Argentina.

Pissott, a 6-foot-4 wing player, played 15 minutes, 34 seconds.

Team USA completed Group B play with a 3-0 record. Tournament quarterfinals begins Friday.

Team USA has won the last nine tournament gold medals, winning the event 10 times since its inception in 1988.

Pissott, who hails from Toms River, New Jersey and is a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School, is a five-star recruit and the No. 2 wing player.
