The Oregon Ducks picked up an in-state commitment in the 2022 recruiting class on Friday afternoon, with Central Catholic’s Zachery Grisham announcing that he will be coming down to Eugene this fall.
Grisham, who is a 3-star DB from the Portland area, is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 31 player in the state of Oregon, and the No. 210 athlete in the 2022 class.
At 6-foot-0, 190-pounds, Grisham will add some depth to a secondary that is somewhat depleted after losing guys like Verone McKinley and Mykael Wright this offseason to the NFL draft. On top of that, CB DJ James transferred to Florida State after the 2021 season as well.
