The month of February has nearly come and gone and that means we are that much closer to the 2022 NFL Draft. In fact, on the day this post is published, we are just 67 days away from the first round.
Unlike last year, I do not expect the Crimson Tide to have six first-round picks, but it should still be an exciting round for the Alabama faithful to take in.
Offensive tackle Evan Neal has a chance to become the first Alabama player to be selected first overall in the modern era of the NFL draft. Neal is not likely to be the only former Alabama player drafted that night. According to Draft ID, there will be three former members of the Tide that will hear their name called on the opening night of the draft.
