Less than a week from kickoff, we finally know when Ohio State football’s game against Purdue will be. According to a spokesman for the football program, the kick will be a 3:30 p.m. EDT and be televised by ABC.
It should be an interesting matchup. The Boilermakers have been terribly inconsistent but have two wins against teams in the top five at the time of the game — first taking down No. 2 Iowa, then No. 3 Michigan State this past Saturday. However, Purdue also has losses to Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and Minnesota on the year.
The Boilers have often been a thorn in the side for the Buckeyes in previous years as well. Purdue more or less kept Ohio State out of the College Football Playoff the last time these two met with a 40-29 beatdown in West Lafayette in 2018. You might even be surprised to learn that OSU holds just a slight 6-4 advantage in the last ten meeting between the two.
The Ohio State vs. Purdue game this Saturday will kick off at 3:30 p.m. and it will be televised by ABC.

Here’s to hoping Ohio State can clean some things up and come out with the offense we’ve known and loved prior to the last couple of games. These last three games are going to be a lot of fun, or a lot of misery if you’re a Buckeye fan. It doesn’t get any easier after Purdue, with OSU rounding out the regular season with Michigan State and Michigan.
