Alabama football has had a bit of a hectic first half, which led to a Tennessee lead over the Crimson Tide 14-7. However, after a solid defensive stand, and some help from the student section, the offense starts the drive with some great field position.
Young made sure to capitalize on the great opening to the drive, and reached the end zone.
There has been criticism in the past regarding Young’s hesitancy to run the ball, but he didn’t have any reservations from just a few yards away from the goal line.
He ran it in, after seeing no available options, and ties the game at 14 a piece with plenty of time left in the second quarter.
