Julio Jones made the 862nd catch of his glorious career in the second quarter of the Tennessee Titans’ game with the Buffalo Bills.
To say it was unlike any other, and possibly better than others in the former Alabama star’s time in the NFL is quite possible.
Ryan Tannehill unloaded and Buffalo DB Micah Hyde had the coverage on the play.
Hyde interferes with Jones and takes the ball off his helmet.
Jones never gives up on any pass in his direction and this was a case of a great wide receiver making an incredible play.
Jones maintains his focus and somehow, someway, keeps his feet inbounds while making the catch.
The play was good for 48 yards and led to a Tennessee field goal that cut the deficit to 13-10.
WHAT THE JULIO!
