In case you missed it, ESPN recently released its latest Football Power Index rankings and Ohio State is once again near the top. Based on whatever metrics the worldwide leader uses to come up with these sorts of things, the Buckeyes should be expected to compete (and win), another Big Ten championship, and make another run to the College Football Playoffs.
But what about the rest of the Big Ten? Where do teams like Penn State, Iowa, Wisconsin, and any number of “pick-out-of-the-hat” surprise teams fall in the grand scheme of things?
