Three takeaways from Oklahoma’s 85-54 win against Florida A&M in Norman

Three takeaways from Oklahoma’s bounce back XX-XX win over Florida A&M Saturday afternoon at the Lloyd Noble Center.

Oklahoma got themselves back in the win column on Saturday afternoon with a blowout 85-54 win over winless Florida A&M.

The Sooners were heavy favorites to win this game on their home floor and they did exactly what they needed to do making this game a runaway in the second half.

Kur Kuath had a breakout offensive performance with 14 points along with several other Oklahoma players getting in on the scoring action. This was a team effort win offensively.

Defensively, the first half wasn’t bad but wasn’t fantastic either. The second half was much improved and was a big reason why the Sooners were able to pull away by such a wide margin after leading by only 14 points at halftime.

The win gets Oklahoma up to 3-1 on the young season. Here are three takeaways so this bounce back victory for the Sooners:
