We’re down to the last two games in the regular season for the Ohio State football team, and it sure feels like things are limping down to the finish line with all the dodging of COVID-19 positive cases on the rise. We still don’t know if the game this Saturday against Michigan State will be played, or what the latest news about the Michigan program pausing football activities means for a couple of weeks from now, but we’re forging ahead as though this thing’s going to have a finishing kick.
On that note, ESPN has updated its win probability percentage for each of the two remaining games, and we’ve been following it all season long. It’s been interesting to see how the predictive Football Percentage Index sees the prospects of winning each week after more data points, and it’s no different here with all the uncertainty of what every program is dealing with.
So, here’s where things stand with the back-to-back contests against those two Teams Up North.
