The New Orleans Saints will play the Green Bay Packers on NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” with Mike Tirico stepping in for Al Michaels.

The NFL’s slate of Week 3 Sunday games is headlined by the 1-1 New Orleans Saints and the 2-0 Green Bay Packers, who will meet for the third time in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome during Aaron Rodgers’ tenure. Rodgers has lost both of his previous trips in 2008 and 2014, but many NFL experts are forecasting his first win on the road against Drew Brees.

But New Orleans has its back against the wall. Losing back-to-back games this early on wouldn’t be ideal, especially with Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers rallying from their loss to the Saints in Week 1. It’s important for the Saints to get back into rhythm.

Interestingly, this game will not be called by the usual “Sunday Night Football” broadcasting team; color analyst Cris Collinsworth will be joined by play-by-play man Mike Tirico, filling in for Al Michaels.
