It didn’t start out all that well for former Notre Dame star wide receiver Will Fuller V. Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson looked his way early, threw a very catchable ball but Fuller V dropped it.

It got much better from there, as Watson didn’t let the drop effect his confidence in Fuller V. He would later make up for it and have a very solid game, showing why the Texans shipped off DeAndre Hopkins to the Arizona Cardinals.

The final line for Fuller V was 8 receptions for 118 yards, but he didn’t find the end zone. Watson targeted Fuller V ten times, double what any other receiver got. Fuller V is going to get plenty of opportunities to show why he was selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. He just needs to stay healthy and we could be seeing Fuller V one the verge of breaking out and becoming a WR1.
