Panthers get high marks for early picks in the 2020 NFL draft

Here is a quick review of grades they have gotten for their haul thus far from around the internet.

Instant draft grades always need to be taken with a grain of salt. It takes three years for some prospects to really find their groove in the NFL, so no one letter grade should be taken too seriously this early. That said, most analysts like what the Panthers have done so far in the 2020 NFL draft.

We will be posting our own grades for each pick once the draft is over. For now, we aren’t as high on the Derrick Brown pick as most, but this is still a strong draft class so far. In general, the defense-heavy theme is the right way to go. We particularly love the Jeremy Chinn selection. His athleticism and versatility is exactly what the defense needed, especially after passing on Isaiah Simmons at No. 7.
